As President, Mr. Rosenberg is responsible for corporate governance, financial and business operations. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Map Financial Group, a multinational microcredit institution. He was responsible for all business and strategic functions, and completed a US public listing. Increased lending activities by 150% and restructured the company.
Mr. Rosenberg founded multiple start-ups, most recently FundCoaches Inc. a leading non-profit fundraising institute.
He also holds prior experience working in management consulting, telecommunication, and financial industries in Africa for the East Coast Company.
Served on advisory boards for numerous tax-exempt organizations and raised over USD$1M on their behalf. Resides in New York City and holds a BA in economics, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University. He had also completed compliance training on Sarbanes Oxley.
John Miller – Senior Advisor
Mr. Miller has over 35 years’ experience in retail banking in the Eastern Caribbean and has worked closely with microfinance organizations. In recent years Mr. Miller was a consultant for finance houses in the region, assisting with product development, strategic planning, and negotiations. Over the years he worked with USAID and on Small Enterprise Development initiatives which led to the establishment of the National Development Foundations in the region.
Mr. Miller began his career as a clerk at Bank of Scotland and worked his way up to Country Manager for Royal Bank of Canada in St. Kitts, St. Croix, Dominica and St. Lucia. In addition, he was seconded to the Belize Bank as its first Managing Director and was the Risk Manager responsible for Royal Bank of Canada’s loan portfolio in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
Marion Ebanks – Group Finance Director
Ms. Ebanks joined the group of companies in August 2015 and is a Chartered Accountant, with over twenty (20) years’ experience in the accounting field. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Jamaica and holds a MBA from Manchester Business School.
She previously served as the Director of Finance for the Jamaica Mortgage Bank.
Ms. Ebanks currently serves on the Board of Holy Childhood High School, Chair the Finance sub-committee of the board and Chairperson of the Audit committee for the Ministry of Land, Water, Environment and Climate Control.
Ricky Went- Senior Advisor
Mr. Ricky Went is a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience in telecommunication. He began his career with the Barbados Light & Power Company as an engineer and moved to Cable & Wireless (now LIME) where he served in various roles from a corporate accountant to General Manager, Vice President, and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Barbados. During his tenure with Cable & Wireless he held several regional positions in the Eastern Caribbean region.
Mr. Went is also a Council Member of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is also a senior member of the Financial Advisory Committee. He has served in several other organisations, Council Member, Barbados Employers Confederation, Past President the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers, Chairman of Financial Advisory Committee of CANTO.
